Durch einen ebenfalls hohen Anteil an Beta-Carotin im frischen Weidegras ist es m\u00f6glich, dass das Fett am Fleisch eine gelbere Farbe hat, als Sie es vielleicht von anderswo gekauftem Fleisch gewohnt sind. Der Grund liegt darin, dass unsere Rinder st\u00e4ndig auf der Weide sind und neben Heu eben viel frisches Gras fressen. Die Fleischqualit\u00e4t wird dadurch positiv beeinflu\u00dft!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Noch ein Hinweis allgemein:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Unsere Tiere werden auf Bio-Betrieben geboren und verbringen dort ihr ganzes Leben bis zur Schlachtung am Hof. <\/strong><br><strong>Sowohl unsere Betriebe als auch der Metzger, der den Weide- bzw.
